Reviews
"The only thing I know about this place is it's a really nice building and they have lots of art in there."
"Wasn't really sure if this place was a school or an art center. A couple days ago we went inside curious and someone was celebrating their 36th birthday. There were no guides or anything so we wandered around, not really sure if we were even supposed to be in there."
"Beautiful concert hall and I really enjoy all the performances there."
"Decatur has needed this place for an incredibly long time. Our little family is proud to live in a town that supports the arts as we do. It's a passion for our family for many generations, and it is certainly nice to see this center exist for present and future generations to learn, grow, and appreciate. Both buildings are wheelchair accessible. On the first floor (of the tallest section) is the gallery for local art exhibits. Along the hall are local multimedia works hung from many artists and student artists. There is someone there to help direct if you find yourself lost. There is a theater, and Decatur Youth Symphony also practices and performs here. That is not all of the arts, but these are the only ones I have the experience to share."
"Good selection of internationally known art. They even had quite a few Picasso prints. Attached gift shop and restaurant. Next to well-known Big Springs Park. Moderate entrance cost Parking crowded."
