"Had a Birthday party there yesterday and was not as pleased with the overall experience as I’d hoped. Nothing personal, but the girl working our party was not prepared to properly take care of our group and see that we got what our package included. I had to ask for the same items a few times before we actually got what we were paying for. Very unorganized and chaotic! BUT Birthday boy had a blast and that’s what matters. Just think they could make it a better experience for the costs and have more knowledgeable employees."
