"Not long ago, this was the perfect place to shop. Now I find it to be totally inadequate. Examples: The deli routinely either hasn't prepared my call-in order, or has given it to someone else. The other day I went to the meat department to buy two roasting chickens. They had a total of one, and it was frozen. Try finding Fairlife 2% milk. It's not available. They pay no attention to their own policy at the 10-items-or-fewer line. The employees are great, but they are not well motivated . These problems start at the top. I now go to the store out by the interstate. It is well managed and stocked."
"It really is a plea5to shop here. Employees are most helpful, and I generally can find what I want, sometimes Employees help. Store is clean and watching employees caring makes a difference"
"I love shopping, and working here! It's a clean, friendly, and supporting environment; filled with the most amazing people. I'm glad I get to work here."
"Publix is a "Great Place to Shop"....but George Jenkins is probably "Turning in his Grave" with the addition of "Self-Checkouts". Better known as "Mr. George". His Beliefs were; Treat Customers Like Royalty Mr. George firmly believed providing friendly customer service and royal treatment was the key to connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. He continually sought ways to make customers feel valued β through store presentation, products, and personal service. He was quoted as saying, "The aim is to learn all you can about the business to do the best you can for the customer." I've never, seen "Self Checkout" accomplish what "Mr. George" believed in...."
