"Mainly go there for tools. Nice selection at good prices, but don't believe thier website. Just because the website says they have a 12 volt 2 pack od Dewalt 5ah batteries for $149, then I get there and employee tells me it could be in a box, anyplace in the store and we can't find it, even tho it says we have 10. Then since I gotta have 2 12volt batteries, I have to pay $99 a piece for 2 separate ones. But thats life."

"Everything was awesome. We needed some 2x2 ceiling tiles for a drop ceiling. There were none on the floor so they had to get the forklift to get a pallet down. The guys doing the work were so friendly and even helped load the flat cart with what we needed. Awesome experience all the way around!"

"Today my husband and I went to Lowe’s in Decatur, Al. We went to get us a new smoker. Mike (lawn and garden) and Jeff (assistant manager) were absolutely amazing. They took the time to answer all our questions, checked availability for product, gave information about saving money and helped load the heavy smoker. At the end they both shook our hands and told us to have a blessed day. Definitely will look for those two next time I go into Lowe’s for a big purchase!"

"Great store! I love Lowe’s. The people are great. The prices are better than the other big box lumber store. I shop here commercially and spend quit a bit. They have an excellent rewards program for commercial customers. The commercial department is more ready to handle my needs than the other store in town."
