"“Manager” on duty in customer service was very unprofessional and very confrontational on our items we tried to return that we bought for our kids on Christmas that was dysfunctional. When I tried to explain that we couldn’t even get the handle bars in it so she never got to ride it she rudely interrupted me saying “it looks like someone has been riding it” pointing at the tires from where it was pushed to our outside storage unit. As soon as she seen us enter into customeR service she has the cop standing there and even tried intimidating us with getting him back over there when we tried to leave the dysfunctional product after being denied a return on it. They sold it to us. The least they could do would be to toss it in the dumpster. But I guess I understand. I wouldn’t want my dysfunctional items I’ve sold on display for others to see . She needs fired. Clearly she’s not a fan of her job. It wasn’t the fact we couldn’t get a return. It’s the fact she had a disrespectful attitude from the start"
"It was a pleasant one this trip I wasn't followed around like I was doin something other than shopping ( as I always do) and then aisle to check out had this cool cashier I wish I remembered her name she was very pleasant and talked to me about my day and not like that in your business type but in just conversation. It was a good wally world trip."
"As I've said before I'll say again a corporate store is a corporate store there is so little difference unless something drastically different or dramatic happens I'm not going to post anything about it I will say this the one thing I didn't like was when I went to the register to try to put some money on a inmates books it seemed to me that nobody knew exactly what was going on there I mean I don't think it's the cashier's fault at the service desk I just don't think they're really pushing that service anyway I thought I'd say that and one other thing they do not have propane adapters they have replacement fixtures but those are for grills they really need more propane stuff and propane accessories"
"One hour and 45 minutes for a pickup order. Notified just after 6PM the order was ready for pickup. Arrived around 6:15 and checked in. Actually received it just before 8PM. At least a dozen cars pulled in, picked up orders, and left as we waited. This wasn’t a large order either. It was 5 items. And no one answered the phones it just rang and went to voicemail."
"I enjoy going to this location. The staff is friendly and helpful, customers are kind and considerate. People greeting one another with smiles and helping hands. Ethnically diverse and harmoniously flowing. My best Walmart experiences have been in this location. Great job everybody!"
