"I have been using Auto King for over 10 years with good success. I got to know Butch and Randy in the front office over the years. On that history, I recommended my son have his car towed there for what appear to be a starter issue. It took them a week just to look at the car...and only after I went there twice to find out what was going on. They did not answer the phone when trying to contact multiple times for a status update during the week. We left multiple messages on VM, none of which were returned. Butch has past away and Randy is no longer there. They have nobody in the front office! I went to the business to talk to the mechanic (only 2 of them there now) and left specific instructions to contact me, not my son, when the car was ready and for payment. They failed to do so. Worst interaction I have ever had with any car repair garage EVER! I will never use this business again."

I needed my o2 sensor replaced I was quoted ridiculous prices from other placed where they were upping the part cost over 300 dollars but paying the workers cheap labor prices. Auot kings was recommend they didn't try to take advantage of me with pricing. Pricing was very fair the best quote I found. I definitely would recommend and will be back"

"My check engine light came on two Thursdays ago, which was not good as we were driving to FL the next day. Auto parts store identified it as a bad O2 sensor (thanks O'Reilly's!) The guy there suggested Autoking, so I went. This was around noon. The manager didn't think they could get to it that day, but said he would squeeze me in after I explained my time crunch. So an hour and a half later it was fixed, while I had a burger and a couple beers at the bar next door. Probably half the price a Kia dealer would charge."
