"Like many I generally try to avoid dealerships but we were in the market to upgrade from 17 year old Acura TSX with 331,000 miles. However, Penske Honda is what all dealerships should strive to be. Fair upfront pricing and a hassle free buying experience. Worked with Scott Hiller who was transparent and honest from the start and made sure I had all the information necessary to ensure my two hour drive wouldn't be a waste of time. The car was exactly as described with no unexpected surprises. Pressure free test drive without the dreaded sales pitch ride along. To be honest, he didn't try to sell me at all, he let the quality of product do the talking. Test drive to handing me the keys in under two hours and most of that was me driving, inspecting, scanning modules, and confirming with the wife that it fit what we wanted.
