"The ladies here are the most approachable friendly ladies you will ever meet. If you are looking for a great family owned shop to get oil changes at, this is the one for you. However, car sale wise, I bought a 2007 Saturn Aura for nearly $5000 barely a month ago, and I already had to total it and get a new car due to how many issues there were with the car that couldn’t be seen during the test drive. The computer needed completely replaced, the breaks were bad, there were inner oil leaks, the list goes on and on. While yes, KW did a wonderful job explaining the as is policy, I think the auto shop could make improvements on ensuring that the car they are selling is one that’s in good enough condition to sell for the price it’s selling for. Once again, this isn’t a slander review, the ladies here were genuinely the best, they treat you like family. This is more of a review stating to make sure you look into a car more thoroughly before buying an as is car."
