"Walked in and no one is there. Not even an employee. Waited not long and two employee emerged from the back. While I was waiting a guy pulled up outside and checked in online and I saw it pop up on the screen. Finally an employee asks my name and if I checked in online or not. I said no and she then tells me it will be a two hour wait. No one else was there other than the guy in front of me that was already set up in a chair. I get the online check in idea, but to turn business away because of it is just stupid. I was working next door and as a lot of times I had some extra time available. Next time I think I’ll just go to sport clips. They use the same online check in method but have never turned me away."
