"I called in advance to check on a used vehicle asking if they could tell me the condition of the vehicle since I have to drive an hour and half to get there. I made an appointment to see the vehicle at 9:30 the next day however when I arrived, the vehicle was on the hoist being repaired. I had assumed since I called in advance and made an appointment the vehicle would be ready for me to look at and drive I was wrong. No apologies from the dealer. No apologies from the salesman. I drove 90 miles, an hour and a half to get there only to find that I could not drive drive the vehicle. Very disappointing zero"
