"I recently took my 2000 Volkswagen in for problem that I had no idea of what it was. I was promptly greeted by Michael and explained my issue. He explained they would run a diagnosis on it and get back to me ASAP. The next day they called and explained the problem. I talked to Moed and he explained in layman’s terms what the problem was and the price to fix it. I explained that it was a second vehicle and I was in no hurry. Within a day or two I received a call that my car was ready. I was quite surprised but very impressed that the service was done so quickly. The price of the repair was exactly as quoted and comparable to prices I checked on line. This was my second time having service done here, I came back because of how well I was taken care of the first time.I highly recommend this location for anyone needing service on their vehicle. They went above and beyond what I expected and I appreciate that rare type of service. These guys went above and beyond and for a reasonable price. Got her back on the road in no time. They even allowed me to remotely pay for the service to help expedite. Michael was a delight. "Absolutely loved working with the men at Edward's Transmission. I dropped my car off Monday in serious need of repair. The mechanics got right to work diagnosing my problem (2 very dangerous wheel barrings) and fixed it by the end of the day Tuesday. Not only did they fix the wheelbarrings, I expressed concern for other systems in my car and they were able to solve those issues too as well as teach and inform me of what may have caused the issue in the first place. As a side note, I had a left blinker light out as well and didn't mention it to the guys and now it works! Big fan of this auto shop. They charged a completely reasonable total for the amount of work done. I would highly recommend!!!"
