"My mom took her truck up there they replaced a part and then sent her on her way then the car brakes down and they tell her that the new part made another part break but didn't tell her that that would happen. Then they tell her she needs to specially order the part for $1500 not including the labor. And that just sounds like a small claims court situation to me. How can you knowingly replace a part that will wear down another an not think to mention that to the person causing them to get stuck then look them in the eye and tell them they now need to replace said part and pay for everything. What kind of scam are your running!"
