"The vibe was lacking. We were not offered a choice of pedicure although we saw a menu at check out. The entire process was rushed. No massage or cleaning under the nails, etc. the towels used to wrap smell of mildew. I was cut on two different nails during my manicure. Rather than cleaning it up they baked the blood in my gel. I’m waiting for it to heal before getting out. I expected my hearts to match and was told she asked previously. She did not listen to anything I wanted. I had to request the old polish be removed before they put the new polish was put on. The gel on the nails have bubbles. They didn’t care for the nails, rather just a bad polish. ***Thank you for letting me know it wasn’t you. I’ll dispute the charge. And I’ll double check next time."

"I have gone to so many different nail salons all over Carmel, Fishers, and Westfield in the last few years and this one is by far my favorite! Amy and the entire team are so good. I appreciate their approach and their efficiency… I am out in 30 minutes!"

"Second time I have had my nails done at La Vies. This is my new nail salon, I’ll be calling home! I am pretty hard to please when it comes to my nails. (Perfectionist) && both of the ladies who did my nails each time continued to check in with me nicely to make sure they’re exactly how I like them. I appreciate the attention to detail the most. I felt heard without any irritation. Amy gifted me with lotion this second time and cuticle oil the previous time! The place is clean & the vibe is up to par."

"It was quiet, it was clean. I really like my nails. I got acrylic nails and acrylic toes. I feel like my nails definitely shouldn’t have been $75 but I will go back not a bad nail salon at all. They definitely listen to everything you want."
