"Read the reviews, and they were so positive that I felt I had to come meet Mike and I was not disappointed! Mike was AMAZING and so kind. I didn’t feel like it was the typical untrustworthy dealership or car place. He made me feel like it was safe to leave my car there and again, didn’t disappoint. "Great diagnostic that clearly explained issues. Offered reasonable pricing that respected the parts of my system that were still intact and didn't need replacing. Initial repair sat too low and was a little surprised that the height hadn't been matched to that of the muffler by default. But, they fixed the issue with no extra charge and answered any other questions I had. Manager Mike was friendly throughout and clearly committed to making a regular customer, and it was great to see the weekend supervisors work together to observe and diagnose a problem on the spot. Currently very happy with the repair and looking forward to being in Meineke's care again."
