"We have been going to Great Clips for a while but we've only been going to this particular location for a year. Everybody in there has been wonderful but we have lately have availed of services from Maria. She has always been very polite and welcoming very gracious and has taken good care of myself and my wife. So I'll check in and if I have to wait for her I will. Update 10/22/2023 - I went to get my haircut, and the wait was long. The girls kept reassuring us that they were working quick treated us wonderfully and made the time fly by. I didn't see Maria there so I didn't ask for her, only to find out while I was getting hair cut,she was there ( changed hair and color ,didn't realize it was her!! Glad you are back!) . The girl who cut my hair did great, and was very kind ! I love ❤️ this great clips!"

"There is usually a long wait, especially during peak hours. Mediocre haircuts at best. I'm not particularly found of a stylist (I assume) telling me there will be 15 minute wait while she proceeds to complete a crossword puzzle out of a magazine at the front desks, as I wait for the only other stylist to finish with her current client... (Stylist hiding behind the monitor, doing a cross word puzzle. Bottom right)"
