Mr. Giuseppe fit me into a busy schedule with little notice, fixed everything wrong with my car (it was quite a bit), and was fully transparent with pricing and what to expect down the line. The final cost was less than half of what the dealership quoted me 8 months ago (I had been putting off repairs because I was expecting to pay a fortune - what a wonderful surprise). You can really tell how much care and consideration goes into the work here - from the little things, like the unexpected carpet vacuuming, to the diligence with which I was kept apprised of the repair timeline and cost.
