I called Monday morning only to be told the car had already been fixed, they had replaced the rack and pinion without checking with me and they wanted $350 for labor. I objected to him fixing my car without my consent and the became aggressive and rude. Story short, I still have the fluid leak and it has gotten worse . Took back in today (02/24/20) and they flatly refused to look at it or even discuss the issue. I will never recommend even my worst enemy to Guatamex on Morris and Washington street. They're scammers"
