Staff - polite as can be, personable, and they support local art--they're literal heroes. I was even given a tour before we got to business; see? I told you they were personable. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable, the office aesthetics are akin to a fine art museum, which takes the pressure off the fact you're getting an oral health checkup. The examination was quick yet detailed and everything was explained to me coherently. You are in good hands with Dr. Lutz and his bada** staff; in fact, I promise you'll thank me if you see them. "I was experiencing severe pain , I could sleep or eat I was hoping it would go away but it just got worse and worse. I called downtown dental and they were able to get me in there the same day for a visit. After going over my options I ended up choosing to have my tooth pulled, the doctor was very helpful in letting me know my options and he was willing to put in the work to help me save my tooth but he let me decide what was best for my situation. All the staff was kind and friendly and did everything to help me feel comfortable. I will certainly be referring downtown dental to all my family and friends in the future.
