"Will send you to collections over a $42 bill and not once send you the bill in the mail or call you to let you know you owe. They email you the bill but it either gets caught in the junk folder or never even makes it. Paid at time of visit and insurance covered the rest, somehow $42 ended up not being covered. No communication other than a lost email and not willing to correct the issue with collections. They will just hang up on you when you call to ask why and how this happened."

"I made an appointment in October for February for a cleaning and showed up to my appointment on time and they had removed it and moved someone else in my spot. Their reasoning was because I didn’t call them back to confirm my appt when they had called two days prior. I didn’t see the voicemail. I understand some people may not show for their appointment and that’s the reason they do it but I made the appointment for a reason and I showed up. It should not be cancelled if I didn’t personally cancel. Also the lady at the front clearly made it a me problem which maybe it is but that’s not professional. I’d recommend Allure."
"I have been dealing with numerous dentists in the Lafayette area for the past 8 years and having some pretty horrible experiences along the way with massive bills to pay. I was to the point that I didn't ever want to see a dentist again. Then I heard such great things about Dr. Syed and his staff at Regal Valley Dental from a relative that was going there. They were so kind and compassionate with me. I felt like I could have confidence in what they were suggesting for treatment because it made sense to me. They took the time to help me understand. And they are much more reasonable when it comes to cost as well. Overall I would say, what a breath of fresh air the experience has been with Regal Valley!"
