"Made an appointment online and filled in insurance information online. We arrived 30 minutes early, and they said they had us marked as self pay. Ok no big deal, we arrived early for this reason. There was nothing for kids to do in the lobby except fight over a game kiosk on the wall. We waited for an 1 hr and 15 mins, and I went up to ask how much longer it would be until they would see my son. They said it takes 45 minutes for them to verify insurance, but they didn't give me a solid number. Again, I gave them the info when I made the appointment, and we had been there for over an hour and they still hadn't verified it. What child can sit still and wait for over an hour with absolutely nothing to do? It's almost like they don't understand how children work. I shudder to think what the actual dental appointment is like if they can't even get the basics down in their waiting room, both in terms of waiting time and waiting entertainment for children."

"If I could give 0 stars I would honestly, dropped me as a patient without telling me in the middle of my orthodontist journey, didn’t tell me till I came in about a broken bracket, caused me emotional damage (I’m not exaggerating, they literally mocked and made fun of me in front of the whole waiting room and made me cry). I went to a new dentist and they told me they’ve had a lot of patients from pippin come to them due to the thoughtless work they do, they are a corporation that does not take their work or patients seriously. If you want a reliable, professional dentist/orthodontist, I recommend going somewhere else."

"this place sucks, they ALWAYS find an excuse, they reschedule/cancel your appointments BUT dont call you!! Ive drove from an hour way multiple times just to be told I CANT BE SEEN. They have multiple children screaming constantly because of how ROUGH they are."

"Michelle was the best I was also very impressed with Dr Gretencord . None of that would have been possible with out the terrific phone manners of Jessica she was very professional. I am bringing all (5) five grandchildren here for all dental needs."

"I love this place! I took my daughter in that needed two fillings yesterday and omgosh! They are the sweetest people! I was with Michelle and she was just do wonderful to both my daughter and I. So fun to be around in a tense moment with your child also! I definitely recommend this place for kiddos and hope they take adults soon cause I wanna go haha! Thank you Michelle you are wonderful and do a great job at your job! Will be going back in a couple months and I'm sure it will be just as amazing!"
