"The dentist is always super kind. I HATE going to see the dentist, but I was having terrible jaw pain and it was unbearable. The office got me in quickly. The staff was super kind, and the dentist was very knowledgeable and informed me of every step of the way. I will continue to recommend them ❤️"
"the first couple of appointments went fine. today i wanted over an hour past my appointment time and had to go up and ask and was told they were running behind. I can understand, but good customer service would be to know you have customers in the waiting room and let them know you're running late. i get called back and then sit in the room another 15 minutes before a tech comes back to inform me that i should have been referred to another dentist's office for X-rays and it's not her fault as she is new. what is truly upsetting here is not one person could say sorry or do any customer service recovery. when i mentioned it was a total waste of my day as i now was there for over an hour and a half, they didn't know where i was in my care plan when they went to explain it to me and they say "well it was not a total waste" they don't u destined that is is as that was an hour drive there, an hour and half sitting there for no reason, and an hour drive home and a wasted day off from work which are limited. with zero "we are totally sorry. well unfortunately for them they lost two patients- we are going to find another dental surgeon to work with in town who will show respect to thier customers- again the surgeon herself was great in her care but today was a total horrible experience- the waiting room is also filthy and the bathroom trashcan was overflowing."
"A few years ago I came to the office as a new patient. The teeth cleaning and care I got was fine. The dentist was OK. I just don’t care for the way she spoke to me. Her bedside manner was lacking. I decided to go back because I didn’t really have any issue with the care I got and convinced myself not everyone is a “people person”. I was also put off in the main room with multiple signs about payment being needed now. It wasn’t one sign. It was like everywhere. As if maybe in the past people haven’t paid them? It was excessive. It made me a little uncomfortable even though I planned to pay my bills when services were rendered. It gave me the vibe they have fought with people in the past. Ultimately, I cancelled my second appointment and never went back. Fast forward to tonight. I’m looking on my insurance website for In Nerwork dentists and they had 39 dentists listed at this clinic. THIRTY NINE. I wonder if they aren’t having high turnover? There is no way 39 current dentists work here. It seems suspicious to me as well. So, while I have no real feedback..just lots of red flags. I won’t return."
"Thomas Britton is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. I have GAD and panic disorder, along with a heavy phobia of the dentist. This definitely makes me far from the best patient. I ask unreasonable questions. I make them explain the process. I am downright unpleasant. But, he never made me feel bad or like I was doing something wrong. He made me comfortable. He made time to make sure I wouldn’t be in pain anymore even though I wasn’t scheduled to have them fixed. I was less anxious at the dentist than I had been in years. He used different tools so I would feel better. He saved my teeth that my last dentist said would have to go. Despite hating teeth, I’m really happy to not see them go. If you have any fear of the dentist, go to him."
"I appreciate that both dentists made extra effort for my situation- I had a challenging root canal and the dentist was humble to send me to a specialist and also didn’t charge me. The follow up dentist was considerate since I moved and did work to relieve my trips. Both were always kind despite being super busy. I enjoyed my interaction with staff despite their busy environment!"
