"I always enjoy this place whenever we get to stay here you must book early in advance in order to get a room it is always worth it for the two weeks we stay there"
"Everything was excellent. Room was immaculate. First time traveling to the beach. Room had views that were perfect. Clean fresh linen enough linen. Staff was the best ever. If I were to visit again it would b there that place same room. Even my grandbabies loved it. Wish I had met Mary she seemed so nice over the phone. I would recommend this nice place to anyone. Excellent from beginning to end. I stayed 3 nights 4 days. Rm 1336."
"We've stayed here twice, in 2020 and 2022. I'm happy to see that the indoor hot tub area is being renovated, as it was in desperate need of updating. Unloading for our first visit was easy, but this time it was frustrating because the automatic doors were disabled for maintenance all weekend and we had to drag our carts etc through a small side door. The outdoor hot tub was about the temperature of bath water, no jets running. The outdoor pools could have been skimmed a little more frequently and didn't always look the cleanest. We rented the same condo for both stays and have no complaints about the unit itself. The view is amazing and the beach wasn't too crowded. I was surprised to have to pay $20 to use a beach chair for the afternoon. This building is further down the island, away from the tourist attractions. We hoped it would be a quiet, relaxing long weekend since our first visit had been low key... but there were people laughing and screaming and having a great time in the pool area until after midnight that Friday night, talking so loud that conversations could be plainly understood from 6 floors up, with no oversight from the property to enforce quiet hours or a smoke free pool area. There was no oversight in the indoor pool area, either, and it was overrun with families letting other guests in who didn't have access rights, there was nowhere to sit, and kids were using the hot tub like a splash pad. The location is close to the Bon Secour, which has a beautiful walking trail. The Ft Morgan bike trail is great, as well. Overall, we enjoy the property and would return again, but there's definitely room for improvement."
"We really enjoyed this place. Our condo building was a little run down but it wasn't bad at all. Sadly one of the pools and both the hot tubs we closed, we don't know why. The 2nd pool and indoor pool were very nice. We were on the beach side and our view was INCREDIBLE! The boardwalk and outdoor showers are definitely a bonus. The beach was kept very clean. This place is about 20 minutes from the busy area of gulf shores, but if you want to be on a beautiful beach that's away from the tourist traps this is your place."
