"My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful. There is no pool anymore however the beach was a 5 minute walk away. We loved the peaceful environment. My husband and kids spent most of their time out on the dock fishing and crabbing. The house we stayed in was clean yet some of the amenities are a little antiquated. However it reminded me of my childhood when we would go up to our family cabin for the summer. We fell in love with this house and plan on renting again. Thank you for such a great experience."

"This house is advertised as "no frills" and that pretty much nails it. It's a decently maintained (if dated) and very clean property that is all about the location. It is right on the beach with beautiful views. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 and was very comfortable. There were several games and plenty of books for entertainment. They even had a stash of beach toys for the kids. We put in a maintenance request while there as the outdoor faucets weren't working to rinse our feet prior to coming in the house, and the children were dragging sand throughout the house. We never received a response on this request. Additionally, the house was not stocked with enough toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc and the closest store is several miles away. It wasn't a big issue, but we just were not made aware that we would have "starter" products rather than being stocked for the length of our 4 day stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It's comfortable, clean, and a great location."

"AWESOME location! Being right on the beach is amazing, perfect for our extended family with lots of kids. Being on the beach also led to a lot of porch time overlooking the ocean. The house is absolutely beautiful! Our family loved the layout of the home as well! The porch and rocking chairs overlooking the ocean were amazing. We had ~20 people in the house, and had plenty of kitchen prep space, dishes, and silverware. The kitchen and eating area are simply fantastic for large groups – we fed 20 with no crowding issues over 5 days. The common areas were spacious and provided ample couch seating, perfect for large groups. The outdoor shower was also very useful for all the kids. Bottom line – our family LOVED this beach house and had a fantastic vacation together here. It was the perfect balance of being together while still having enough space not to be on top of each other. If you have a large group looking for some beach time, look no further! Note: we had a few (very) minor maintenance and pest control issues, but none significant enough to even call the property manager about during our stay. We provided the property manager with that maintenance list separately so that they can keep the property looking great!"

"Our stay with Relax on the beach was nothing short of exceptional!! When we arrived at the beach house (sunshine on my shoulders) it was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one! The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and most everything you’d need to cook any meal! All the bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor shower made it easy to clean up after a day on the beach. But I’d say the favorite part for the entire family were the extras, BOTH of the awesome pools that were available for us to use when we didn’t want to get all sandy from the beach. We will definitely use Relax on the beach for our future trips!"

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. This house was perfect for us. There were a total of 11 adults. There was plenty of room with the beach and two balconies available. Some got some much needed rest while others played games and enjoyed the beach. We were in town for my graduation from CSU and it was perfect. We had enough room for the cars to park. Everything was neat and clean upon arrival. The kitchen is spacious enough for everyone to move around in and the long table allowed us to enjoy a family breakfast. The owner was very friendly and helpful."
