"These people will FIND a reason to keep your deposit. The police came, and that's how I got my deposit back. The rooms are disgusting, DISGUSTING AND DISGUSTING! The first room I was assigned had no working lock. The door to the room pushed open. The 2nd room didn't have any working lights. I couldn't take it. I paid for 2 nights but could barely stay one. The manager and front office lady are not friendly or helpful. The manager thinks he is an expert on service animals. He kept calling my registered service animal a pet. He charged me pet fees! He stood there and mocked me and my service animal. Run away from this nasty place and nasty people!! The only reason I stayed one night is because all other hotels were over $100 per night due to Mardi Gras."

"I don't appreciate the customer service.I know how to use a toilet, the toilet doesn't work properly. I will stay for however long I paid for but unless I am given a different room with a working toilet and a dresser, after my last night here I will refrain from renting a room here again. I had problems with my acid reflux last night and simply asked to use the plunger again so that the toilet doesn't stink up the room. I appreciate the owner willing to get it figured out in the morning but I do not appreciate being treated like someone who doesn't know how to flush a toilet. I've used toilets with the buttons before. I flip houses and have helped install toilets. I'm not dumb, I'm just in need of a place to stay. But I do have other options and get paid again on Friday so unless an apology changes my mind, I'll be doing my weekly stay elsewhere. Update: The toilet finally unclogged thank God! Whoever was here before me really have no consideration for others. Apologies to the staff for being impatient. I will still be looking elsewhere for a place to stay after my last night here. I'd recommend to others, unless you are really desperate, look elsewhere."

"I rented from this Hotel a long time ago when it was under another name so I was unsure of staying here because it use to be pretty run down. Well not anymore! There rooms were clean, they had upgraded furniture and I was super surprised. I will definitely stay again and would tell anyone who wants to find a room for a decent price that is comfortable and clean to stay here. The front desk people have been super courteous as well as the housekeepers."

"There's not adequate parking for the number of rooms he has. I felt very unsafe seeing as my door had a big gap at the top u could stick your fingers in. The door was uneven so it didn't seem to close completely. The exhaust didn't work in the bathroom. Light plate was cracked in there. It wasn't horrendously filthy but dirty enough that u can tell it hadn't been actually cleaned in a while. I had used soap waiting for me in the shower. There's no shower curtain liner so I was forced to just take a bath or get water everywhere. My door was scratched while here which isn't there fault but jeez. Can't do anything about people yelling/being loud until 5 am. I was in a non smoking room, yet my sheets and thin comforter had burn holes in them."

"The hotel we booked didn't honor bookings through expedia so we were desperate for a room and everything was fully booked. Another hotel told us this one still had rooms. The good: the front desk clerk was very nice, the room had new flooring and new paint, beds were clean and comfortable. The room was quiet with no outside noise, ac worked great, and the bedroom itself was very clean. The bad: the door chain lock was broken, the curtains wouldn't close all the way, the bathroom needed a very good deep cleaning, a nasty trashcan was outside our room door and upon arrival the outside looks (is) a bit shady.."
