"Can’t say enough nice things about UwU_Nails! The owner saw me rocking a fun manicure at work once. He smiled, gave me a business card and invited me to check their place out. So glad I did! My technician, Joann was a confident, playful perfectionist. She was willing to try a new technique she hadn’t done before and changed one of the nail designs mid application when she had a better idea than I did. They’ve made me a convert. Can’t wait to do something for Valentine’s Day!"

"I hardly ever leave reviews and this is more to the owners to take note than anything else. I have made my nails 3 times at this place and waited this long to give a review because I like to gather fact before making any statements. The first time I went in to make acrylic full set, although the nails lasted for a month, it was poorly done, after she was finished you could still see my nails at the bottom, it looked like I had already had them for a couple days, I ignored this fact especially seeing how long it lasted and gave them another try, this time , I went in for a dipping full set, this was actually made nicely but broke and came off within a week. I never went back to them to fix it although they have a 7day renewal policy because I didn’t just want all that hassle. Fast forward to two weeks ago when I went in for the hot gel full set for a wedding, two days after, two nails broke off, this was the same day of the event I actually made it for. I honestly tried not cry but this time I called the owner, who then asked for pictures and was nice to fix a day for me to come and get them fixed. I went in on Wednesday before thanksgiving and by the next Monday, I had two more nails come off. And keep in mind everytime I’ve gone in, I always pay the extra fee for long nails and also for the shape I like which I never complained once about because who am I to tell them how to run their business. I’m particularly disappointed by these last set cos I was very excited for them, I thought the lady did them nice and I remember asking what her name was so she’ll be my go to person always but alas, it was the same. I don’t know if it’s just because it’s long nails, because from the reviews on here you see mostly regular nails length and shape, so maybe that’s more their area of specialty but definitely not long nails and I’ve had 3 different nail techs attend to me. So feel free to go here if you are more of a regular length regular shape person but if you like an extra length and different shape like me, all I’ll say is be careful. FYI - I do not do any tedious work, I work in corporate and so I’m on a computer all day, even when I worked in retail, I’ve never had experiences like this with my nails or nail techs Asides from all that, the place is actually a very pleasant place to be, it’s clean and comfortable but it’s not for me anymore, because I can’t justify the amount I pay for my nails just to take them for a week or less."

"I absolutely love coming here! Staff is friendly and does great work. Every set I’ve gotten done has been amazing, and the single time I’ve had a problem with polish chipping they fixed it right away. I see Joann and after my first couple visits I told her to do what she wants to and surprise me. She’s never disappointed! I leave feeling great and get nothing but compliments on every set I’ve had done!"
