"I come here often, but this last visit will be my last. I wanted to try a new product and she recommended some good ones, but when I wasn’t satisfied with what I bought I tried to come back for a refund and the only thing she offered was a discount on another disposable vape. She wouldn’t offer my money back in full. This was a $50+ transaction. I’m very displeased considering I paid with a card and I’m a regular customer giving you business."

"I live nearby so I frequently visit - extremely kind, helpful staff that are not only knowledgeable with regards to the industry, but also try to find the right product for you. I have not seen many places (esp. in this area) that have both that level of customer service and expertise. Friendly, happy to help staff that would talk to you about every product in their store if they had the time. Family owned/operated, and as far as I know they do all of their own packaging, product making, etc. which helps them become extremely well versed in all of their products. They never are in a rush to get you to buy something or out of the store, but instead take the time to explain the differences between items, brands, products and it makes for a much better experience as a customer. If you value good, friendly service and want to support a smaller family run business, I would definitely recommend Vapor Craft."
