"I am extremely dissatisfied with the Pharmacy Staff at this establishment. After being a loyal customer for several years, I have made the difficult decision to move my prescriptions elsewhere due to the consistently poor attitude displayed by the staff. When I initially started using this pharmacy, things were great. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist me with any concerns or questions I had. However, over the past few months, I have noticed a drastic decline in their customer service and overall demeanor. The pharmacy staff's attitude has become increasingly indifferent and dismissive. It seems as though they have lost interest in providing quality service to their customers. Whenever I had inquiries about my medications or required assistance, their responses were curt and unhelpful. Their lack of empathy and professionalism has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. As someone who relies on medication for my health, it is crucial for me to have a pharmacy team that I can trust and rely on. Unfortunately, this establishment no longer meets those criteria. The negative experiences and the constant dissatisfaction have pushed me to seek an alternative pharmacy where I can feel respected and receive the level of service I deserve."

"The “manager” of the pharmacy is UNBELIEVABLY rude. I called to ask if my medication was in stock, and she was very short and told me she “did not have to give me any answers about medication” and hung up on me, after not helping me at all. She not only yelled at me, had a condescending tone, but literally told me she would not help me and “did not have to.” I will never shop at this store."

"Used to be great pharmacy staff. Based on past experience, I would have said, great staff, retail & pharmacy, friendly knowledgeable helpful courteous! Store is very clean open well organized well lit accessible! Again, and the staff make it a pleasure! ***NOW, Sunday 2/28/21, pharmacy staffed by 2 women, the black woman was arrogant, and, white woman rude. My wife who is gravely ill, was very frustrated trying to get a health critical item, asked for help getting the item, the white woman stated she “I will not help you”!***"
