"Great experience at this kid’s urgent care. The online registration and texting updated wait times is fantastic. We only waited a few minutes after arriving because of their great system. Care was great for my 5 year old."

"We need the front desk back. It is not okay for us to come in and have to figure out all this information on are own. Because no one is at the front desk that is not right. The people here have great customer service. But they have no help. no one to do the bathrooms. No one to clean the lobby and no 1 to help the people outside in the lobby. They have to do everything and that is not they job. Their job is to help the provider. Not to clean bathrooms and lobby someone else need a job"

"Wouldn’t be my first choice. You can hold a spot by booking online, but that doesn’t mean you will wait any less time in office. We got a text to come in to office but still waited another hour to be seen. So not much different than any other urgent care. No one was working front desk the entire time we were there- had to check yourself in and one checkin kiosk was broken. Then waited at least another 30 min once in back office. NP didn’t even read note before entering room as my kid sat with a 103 temp. Redeeming factor was employees working were friendly and we did receive needed prescription. Again- I would prob leave as a last resort."
