Godfather's Pizza

"Placed a delivery order for my husband on his birthday a couple of days in advance. Received no response from the company other than a confirmation email. Day of my husband birthday no one showed up. Called the company and they straight up told me that they don’t deliver. Had a manger told me that DoorDash makes the deliveries (I wish I would have known that from the get go) and DoorDash cancelled the order (again I wished I would have known this!). Received no call back or refund of any kind. Don’t ever try to get anything delivered"

"Never again! I love Godfathers, but the last experience i had was utterly ridiculous! The kitchen put raw pepperoni on my large pizza, and when I addressed it, the young man at the counter said to me in front of about 20 people, "It won't kill you." I was so offended, but before I could say anything, a lady spoke out and said if she is allergic to it, she could, and you would tisk tgis company a lawsuit. It's a shame that you would do something like that and unapologetically. Others saw what happened and befan to leave, even ask for refunds as well. Also because we had to wait so long for the orders. When asked where the manager was, I would like to speak to them, In response, He coveyed, They don't want to talk to you. I was speechless. However, I ended up getting a refund and leaving the store peacefully. I would not recommend this Godfather to anyone simply because of the lack of service, food, and integrity!"

"Food was great! Workers were polite. They were under staffed. I called 4 different times before someone answered to take my order. My favorite pizza for 35 years."

"They always had the best pizza I've been going to go for it since I was a little girl I'm like 45 years old now and I tell you I would never stop eating a pizza if I can get like a membership there for life for get pizza for free I would love that so my favorite pizza from them is the combination and I love"

"Very few times I’ve been so disappointed with a business as I was during my visit tonight. The pizza was OK, nothing to write home about but it was better than frozen. The service was some of the worst that I have ever seen. I am so sorry that I interrupted your time on social media, at the cash register, while you were on the clock and supposed to be servicing the customers. And to ask for a straws and napkins and get the feeling that I am bothering you to ask, what could I have been thinking. I have been a fan of Godfather’s for a long time but I would never go to this location again."
