"I went through the drive thru at 7:40 tonight. I wish I caught the employees name, I THINK it was Alex, but he was a young guy working in the window. The store was out of like 9 items that I wanted before I found one, and Alex (?) was so nice and genuine and apologized profusely. He made what would otherwise be a negative experience into a very positive one. Please make sure to make it a point and thank him for that, I’m sure he was dealing with customers being rude all night and we was genuine, so nice, and made it a great experience for me and my +1."
