"It’s about 5 o’clock in the afternoon on 2/13/24 The girl, taking my order in the drive-through was completely rude. Then, when I got my food, a big Mac meal, the bread was crunchy And Stale. And my fries have black specks all over them. It wasn’t even busy. These racist folks don’t wanna do their job."

"Hot cakes were dry as air and hard to cut with my fork, and they should follow food safty do to the temp for my hot cakes was poor try changing out product when food has reached its expired time."

"Went at almost 6 pm tried to use the drive thru but no one answered. One of the other customers came back around and notified a couple would be customers and myself that the drive thru person had quit and they couldn’t figure out how to work the drive thru speaker. So I opted to go inside and order on the kiosk. I guess while I was waiting for my order they figured out the drive thru because they then prioritized the drive thru over the orders that had already been put in. 40 mins later every person that came in after me had gotten their order of course after having to wait themselves. I asked what was the hold up on my order, 3rd time I had to do so and they told me I was waiting on 3 burgers but everyone else who ordered after me somehow got theirs so it made me very angry and confused as to why I had to wait so i asked was I waiting for them to cook? And finally the person bagging for drive thru asked the sandwich maker to make my burgers so basically I waited over an hr just because no one asked for my burgers this was the most ridiculous time I have ever had with fast food but I have learned my lesson I will never go to this McDonalds ever again and I hope no one else has this issue with them. Apparently they were understaffed but i did not see a manager or even a shift leader I asked for a number for their upper management team they told me they don’t know id have to google it. how is this location even still open for business??"

"I've never had dirty hashbrowns from a McDonalds ever until now. Also, that is not seasoning on my hashbrowns, it's burnt pieces of other food items from the fryer, and the hashbrowns were falling apart. These passed the quality check? My bacon egg and cheese biscuit was thrown underneath 8 breakfast burritos so it was pretty smashed but still tasted as it should. The rest of the food items tasted fine but we will never know what these hashbrowns taste like."
