"It's not entirely their fault, but my care from this facility has been woefully lacking. I have extremely little input into my own mental health care, I'm denied the ability to seek effective treatments, and with all respect to Dr. Hubbard. he has very little regard for what the patient wants. He just bulldozes ahead with his treatment - which, in this case, was to prescribe me something I've been on before, never asking if I'd taken it before (I had, for years) and hung up the call without giving me a chance to get a word in edgewise. He then proceeded to call in a script that was 1/4 the dosage that I was carefully placed on years earlier. Edit: my treatment here has improved dramatically. It took a second opinion, but they are paying attention and I have to give credit where it's due. Raising to three stars"
