"The short stocky guy that took my order seemed to be either very sleepy or high. He was acting very lethargic. He did get my order right and was curious. However, it just seemed he was barely hanging on."
"First lemme say..... I'm just sitting here waiting on my food but I just wanted to take the time FIRST to say that WILLIE REALLY LOVES HIS JOB! And it shows!!!!! Waffle House you REALLY need to hang on to this guy because it won't be long until he will go on to better things. I was very impressed with how he approached our table and smiled and took our order etc just a wonderful guy and you don't get that type of customer service anywhere nowadays. This is someone that I would love to employ in my own business if I have room for him. He needs an upper management job with multiple skill sets because he has talent and the willingness to be a great host. Don't lose him..... PROMOTE HIM WHEN APPRECIATE. AND IF YOU NOTICED I AM IN THE TOP 10% OF RESTAURANT REVIEWS ON GOOGLE. I DON'T GIVE FIVE STAR RATINGS UNLESS IT IS WARRANTED. WILLIE HETS FIVE STARS HANDS DOWN!"
"Ordered grits to go, no spoon and they were runny. Onions on the hash browns were not sauteed and were over bearing therefore that's all I could taste"
"Husband and I opted out of Thanksgiving this year and came here. The older lady who served us was a sweetheart the food was yummy as always and the music was good!!!"
"Went for a late night dinner. The employees were all out front smoking with a security guard. We were told that they were not taking any orders. We were trying to figure out what the next step was, when another 2 cars pulled up and they told them to stand in line at the window to order then told us we could place an order now. We waited outside as the inside was closed to customers and the loud speaker kept going off letting us that we were being recorded and that loardering was prohibited. It took over 45 mins to be given our food. Just to find out it wasn't the correct order. All in all, we were not pleased with the service. Went for brunch Sunday. Service sucked the food was mediocre. Huge disappointment."
