"Good staff"

"This daycare cares nothing about your child . All they care about is their money your child is non factor there. I never known a daycare who once needed money first thing nothing else mattered! For all she knew I could have paid the late lr what ever but I was in a rush and trying to make it on time and all the director cared about was money. I’m so glad I went with my first mind after I got a quick glimpse of what the director was about nothing but money. So I politely immediately took them out. Even though that day I had to be late for ignorance of someone who could care less about someone else . I’m far from broke and prolly gross more then she does. I can’t stand the fact that money was the first thing that was important instead of three children that could have been there long term . But things happen for a reason. I have a job I attend as well. But before I could get an understanding of oh that fine bring it this evening oh no! Baby that wasn’t an option at all it’s not like I don’t have any the money. But that shows how people can care less about no one else. But she won’t keep anyone if she keeps that up."

"The staff is okay, a bit unprofessional. The Director has no authority to anything. After 8 or 9 months , i asked the Director about my "money owed" she stated she had no knowledge of what i was talking about. I explained to her that every week when i make a payment, i pay over (THE DIRECTOR RARELY HAS CHANGE) on majority of my receipts, it would show were I had paid over but never showed where the money was begin added to my next weeks payment. Of course, the Director said she would get with the owner, which she did. In return the OWNER, sent a note home in my sons book bag, stating that, she is not a receptionist and that it is not her job to keep up with monies owed.In the letter she went on to say that she would go back and look through her records this time but that it was my responsibility to make sure i deposit correct change in the drop box. AND NO, THE DIRECTOR IS NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS. ALL MONEY IS PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE AND PUT IN A LOCKED BOX THAT ONLY THE OWNER HAS ACCESS TO.After a few days had past, I received a note in my son's bag, showing where I indeed had a $80 credit. That they no intensions on giving me. RECEPITS ARE ISSUED ON A MONTHLY BASIS EVEN THOUGH YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE EVERY MONDAY. MY SON DOESNT GO THERE ANY MORE, I REALLY GOT TIRED OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND THE LACK OF RESPECT FOR MY BUSINESS."

"I have a 2 yr old & a 3 1/2 yr old who I recently removed from this center. The 3 & 4 yr old teachers were awesome and was great with my child but on the other hand I don't kno did the interviews and hiring for the 1& 2 yr old. The only thing those teachers did was gossip and talk about all the kids and parents that comes to that class, they never kno if u in the room or not because they head always down in their phone and on ever social media there is. My kids wasn't there 1yr yet and never had they had a hot full breakfast like they said they would before I enrolled them and breakfast is the most important meal of the day nor was he getting potty train. And it's a good thing I made copies of all of my payments bc they said I was behind on my payments and when I provided all of my copies I actually wasn't. So I wouldn't recommend this center.....
