"I went into dollar general to get a few snacks for work. When I was walking to the register from the side that's passing the self checkout.I thought was the right way to go get checked out guest walked in from the door and went straight to the register. I put the things I was gonna buy on the counter Jules(however you spell it) looked at me looked at the items then asked the person who came in from the door if she could help her 1st. before ringing me up.. was it because the person was white and I'm black the reason she done it and just assumed I'd break in line(not everything is about race I knowi just want to understand the motivation).. she didn't even ask who was there first she automatically assumed she was first. Cause I know if it was a long line and someone would have came in from the door and got to the register that wouldn't have happened."

"They had a couple really really nice employees so you can tell they love their jobs and they're very good with the customers. Then you have a couple of them that I have no idea how they even got a job up there. Their not very friendly and when you ask them for assistance or just a question answered they make you feel like your bothering them. I hate to tell them but they're in the wrong line of work and that's not a good way to build up a store."

"Great selection as well as a variety of products. But the shelves were unorganized on almost every aisle. And the cashier was too busy flipping her hair and talking to the lady behind me to greet me and give me good customer service. Only giving 2 stars because even though unorganized, I found everything on my list. FYI Dollar General, customer service is pretty freakin important, just saying..."
