"This whataburger location is killing the franchise. When I heard Decatur was getting a whataburger I thought my life was gonna get better but we’ve only ate there a handful Of times since they opened. The service is dang near zero. If I could give service a negative star I would. That’s how many fries they gave me in a large order…"

"This location is so hit or miss. Don’t go between 1-3am for a milkshake. Their machine is always being cleaned at that time apparently since every time that’s what they say. Also, you better hope your online order is everything you want because getting a refund is a WHOLE process. I had an excellent first couple of experiences which is why I kept coming back but the last 3 times have been disappointing. I probably won’t be back to this location for a while."

"I didn't have the opportunity to go inside the restaurant. It was unfortunately closed inside due to weather restrictions. The person taking the order in the drive through was polite and asked about everything I may have needed. The person at the window was also nice as well. I didn't order a whole meal I got a cheeseburger by itself. The burger was good but very messy. Make sure you get napkins. There was also an abundant amount of mustard so if you're not a fan I would recommend asking them to not add it. All in all the burger was good and the service was fairly well."

"Always fun to make a stop off at a Whataburger when I spot one. The employees were great!! They were quick to clean up a big spill and brought our food out quickly while offering a smile. Great job!"

"Food is decent and service is pretty good. The menu has a pretty good selection so maybe my four stars will go to five as I try some more items and see how the service is on future visits. I like that they have two drive thru menus where you can give orders to keep from getting stuck behind that one person that takes forever if you are in a hurry. Another big plus is it is true dual drive through. It stays two lanes instead of both merging back to one and they bring your food out to you and run your card in the second lane, pretty impressive."
