"If I could give less than one star I would. The sales person was very nice and the delivery was fine. But. I was told we have a 10 year warranty. What they didn’t tell me was that I still have to pay out of pocket. So instead of $500 I have to pay $315 and cannot even use the bed for 5 days. I have had my very expensive king size bed for 3 years and the mattress air chamber has gone out. The bed is unusable and the part must be ordered and the tech cannot even come for 5 days. And there are two air chambers so this can happen again. As soon as it is repaired I am selling it and getting a regular “low tech” mattress."

"My husband and I were on the market for a new mattress and after visiting several other stores and realizing we have different sleep needs and mattress preferences, we went to Sleep Number. Jemienah did an amazing job explaining the products, everything from the bed to the pillows. The beds sell themselves as soon as someone finds their sleep number, but having her as our associate made the experience even better! We got the 360 i8 mattress with Flex3 base and the bedding of our choice. Highly recommend!"
