"I hired them for a 30,000 cabinet job. I gave them almost half the money upfront. They were over 3 months late. When they arrived, POOR quality!!!!!!!!!! Some of my doors were different sizes… edges not sanded before painting… dirt in the caulk, paint cracked everywhere, cabinets out of level, thin thin wood on stress areas, imperfections in sheen on paint job, wrong size hinges so my doors keep falling off…. I gave them chance after chance to fix it…. They kept causing more problems when they would come out… they demanded payment in full, I told them when it was fixed, I would pay them in full… then they put a lien on my house and wouldn’t answer anymore calls… I now have to hire an attorney and go to court…STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!!! All of my contractors in other trades were blown away at the quality and u professionalism… I even had to remove my granite for them to rebuild one side of my island because it was SO out of level and built wrong… the owner is James… his son took my order… his name is Jason… both treated and handled me the same way…. Go to Premier Cabinets if you need a good cabinet! They are fantastic! I build and flip houses for a living… I install and buy cabinets monthly… this is the first time I used these people… in all the years that I have bought cabinets, this is the FIRST time that I’ve ever had an issue with custom cabinets… trust me! Stay away from this company!!"

"Our kitchen is beautiful and James helped us out of a bind. YET, the QUALITY of the soft close drawer hardware is very poor. Getting them to level out the cabinets and to give you a great finished product was taxing. You can’t trust them to communicate and do as they say. I’ve been trying for months to get them to deliver missing knobs and to work on a few drawer/ cabinet issues. Disappointed!"
