"I tried calling Sam's customer service to ask about the people who come sale seafood once a month. They say I don't know, well if you customer service, you would think they would say. Let me check and until what time. But no the incompetent. Plus I was on the phone for 25 minutes waiting for someone to answer"

"Let me say this I will not be placing a delivery order with them again. They missed one of my items on my order and you cannot request a refund on the app you have to go to the location for actions to be handled. They do not answer the phone at this location. Management provided a refund for my item and was supposed to give me my item free for an inconvenience but she never told the guy to provide my item to me. She disappeared without informing the guy of my item. I will spend my money with another company. I spent over $300 with this company. I think I will use the other company. Maybe I will receive better service."

"This review don’t have nothing which store it’s for Receiving office . I coming here last 2 month every Sunday , some weeks more days. They work by appointment what is fine , second shift supposed to open in 3pm ,that never happen last two month . They always close the back door for receiving office , driver cannot use restroom if they come early , and the worst thing that you need to wait in the front of the door, and the ringing bell every time more than 40min , nobody don’t want to open or show up. Try couple times to call store to help me to send someone, in this last 2-3 weeks is cold outside It’s really not nice to sit there and wait. Last time i waited 50min for someone to open, when I come inside I just ask what time you guys open , I planning to ask them if you coming in 3:30 example just to know to sit in my truck and come back in 3:30 . I just try to ask that , I was just about to say that I was going to ask, when the girl interrupted me and said she wasn't interested. I asked her very nicely why she was addressing me like that , she just repeated I don't want to listen. I asked her nicely again, Can I at least talk to the supervisor so that I can get a normal answer from someone . She agreed, I'm a supervisor, I asked her again why she was addressing me like that then , she was not interested in anything, she just handed me the paper and left. I'm not the only driver who had this experience with her, the same problem was pointed out to me by Walmart drivers who come here. This is really disrespecting people and drivers, it's not right and I hope that some of the managers will see this review. She name is something Anani or something like that , she refuse to give me a name."

"There are a lot of good items here but they are priced in bulk so it will seem as if you're getting very few items for a lot of money. Sam's Club is perfect for those with children or who host parties and other events that involve multiple people. Because of this, Sam's Club is notorious for being extremely busy on weekends. I found that out the hard way during my first ever visit to this location on Sunday 2/26/2023. It was my first ever visit to any Sam's Club store. The store was so busy and there were few employees at the checkout lines. Even the Self-Checkout lines were extremely long. Because I had a Pace bus to catch in 30 minutes and I wouldn't be out of the store by then, I left with an employee the two items I placed in my cart and walked out of the store. When I got outside, I saw that the lines for gasoline were also extremely long! Yeah, never again will I visit a Sam's Club store on a weekend."
