"As a previous employee, Menards is a complete joke. The management lacks in several aspects. They do not care for employee safety, wellbeing, or just overall health whether that be mental or physical. Management also only cares about their money, safe handling of cash, or the cash room is more a priority to them than safety of their employees. Several employees have had very bad encounters with guests interacting inappropriately towards them, and they refuse to do anything (stalkers, being followed home, and other incidents). They will also find any excuse to fire hard working individuals, for no exact reason. While the job paid fairly well, it is not worth being treated like you are less than human, and being disrespected."

"The managers do not care about the safety and well being of their team members. Menards as a company only cares about money, and will abuse their team members to get it. Team members will get fired for anything from the most asinine attendance policy, to trying to bring a complaint about their own physical or mental well being to the managers of the store. I highly recommend you don’t work for this company."

"Lots of different products. Tools, clothes, food, house supplies etc. The only thing I wish is that they had a self checkout, it would make this store a very quick trip!"
