"Usually the customer service and the food here are great but we were celebrating a birthday and had some of the worst service I’ve ever had. They were busy so I understand being stressed but the waitress was very rude. Delivered the check halfway through eating when we still wanted to order other things. Soup was brought out cold 40 minutes later and with our main course. Not one to complain like this but it was so unlike normal standards here."

"Was not greeted upon entry and took some effort to receive service for straws, silverware, napkins and to even order food. We also had to wait over 10 minutes for a high chair for our squirmy toddler. Most of the food was pretty mediocre, other than the quesadilla that was really good. Didn't receive all of the food we ordered initially, but we eventually got the rest to-go upon asking for it. It was not a nightmare experience, it just wasn't the best level of service. I love Chili's but will probably not be returning to this location any time soon."

"They were short staffed tonight and Savannah handled it like a CHAMP! She gave us a head’s up it might be a little wait but we didn’t mind because we were in no hurry. She got our drinks immediately, put in our appetizer immediately, then our entree orders immediately. Appetizer came out within a few minutes, my sangria margarita she made was deelish and the food came up quick. She was slammed and multitasking amazingly, all with a smile and great hospitality! Thank you & we’ll be back to see her!"

"It's been years since I've eaten at a chili's. There were five of us dining. The 5 of us agreed the food was excellent. The knock I will give it though, the waitress was over worked. One of our party counted she was working 6 tables."

"The food was great the long Island iced tea and old fashioned...not so much. One app one meal 3 adult drinks 62 bucks. Brad probably the best waiter we've had in years great server. Came back almost exactly when we needed something."
