"I didn't know what a flat white was. The batista was very kind when they explained it to me and asked me questions about what I liked and so on. I am very happy with my interactions with the employees. Also, honey almond flat white drops are delicious!"

"There are three locations in Owensboro. Going to this one is nothing short of a nightmare. The staff is rude. The drinks are trash. 8 out of ten times they are pure milk and/or water. And the staff will argue with you about it until their faces are as blue as their dyed hair. Go to the location in Target and Federica for an adequate experience. I would rather be pushed down multiple flights of stairs then get coffee at this location. I’ve gave them countless chances and the result is always the same. Wish corporate would come in a clean house."

"Exceptionally clean and well maintained public areas. Crew is helpful and friendly. Good selection of food items for breakfast and lunch on hand with good levels of inventory to accommodate demand. In addition, this location does have "Nitro" cold brew."

"The customer service is outstanding! Atmosphere is welcoming and like walking in to visit friends! Wonderful staff that want to provide the best experience possible! They have never let me down and they remember my coffee preferences (I add peppermint most of the time) down to how many flavor pumps and that I never want whipped topping! When I tried the juniper latte they even offered to make my regular if I didn't like it ( btw I loved it! )"
