"I placed a mobile order for counter pick up whenever I meant to do drive thru. I asked at the drive thru speaker if they could just give it to me at the drive thru window (I had my son who is special needs with me and I didn’t want to get him out of the car as it would upset him), they told me I had to come in. I don’t understand why. While I was inside waiting at the counter, I overheard the workers talking about a customer saying “they don’t like her”, laughing about the customer etc. I was just shocked they were loudly talking bad about customers especially for everyone to hear. This was in the evening. This McDonald’s does seem to be much better when it’s during the day."

"I've been coming to this this location for years. And this white manager has the worst customer service I've ever met. I've been working in the restaurant industry for 16 years. So I understand being busy. But she is in panic mode. Come down lady. They messed my order up. No reason. Curtis should be running this store. His always great attitude. And I be watching the kitchen from the front. And his a good team leader. This woman should be demoted or have a set down."

"This is definitely the best McDonald’s in town from personal experience. The big thing is their milkshake machine is usually in operation (shocking right? Lol). Apart from one experience the food I have gotten there is always fresh and tasty. The curbside service is timely and from my experience the employees are consistent."
