"Out of towner here, so my opinion don't count for much... Got 2 plate lunches. Food was mediocre at best. From a box and tasteless, except for the cardboard at best. My partner and I both ended up with a case of the trots. Which btw is not a good look for 2 adults who were on their way to work, which is chasing oversize truck loads. Not a big fan of that visit."

"Wonderful place... Have loved everything I have tried here so far. Well there was one thing that I didnt like as much but that one was on me. I ordered the breaded tomatoes thinking of fried tomatoes. Dont care much for breaded tomatoes."

"Cute little diner and the food is ok. Only had breakfast so other stuff may be better. I had a cheese omelet which was rather thin and the toast was thin and Crunchy. Seemed like maybe they make there own. Tasted good just very Crunchy. The stuffed French toast I did not care for at all. Rather dry and definitely was not stuffed with much. More like a smear of strawberry cream cheese. It wasn't bad just not outstanding. The twin had scrambled eggs and biscuts and gravy. She said she has had better but also she has had way worse. Would go to again if someone chose it but would try something diffrent."

"I stopped for lunch at 11:30 am on a Wednesday and the place was busy. Everything looked clean and in order. I was able to sit at a table and my server came right over. She was very pleasant and cheerful. She took my order of the Plate Lunch Special, Roast Beef Manhattan with Mashed potatoes & gravy, and mac & cheese. After a short wait, about 5 minutes, she brought my lunch. Everything looked really good. The sandwich was served open-faced with one slice of white bread, roast beef, mashed potatoes, all topped with beef gravy. It was served with a garlic/cheddar biscuit. The meat was tender and flavorful, I didn’t have to add salt or pepper, it was seasoned well. The mashed potatoes were creamy and not too stiff. The only thing I really didn’t care for was the mac & cheese. I thought that was lacking in flavor. The pasta was cooked well, and it had a fair amount of cheese sauce, it just could have used some seasoning. I was very happy with my meal, and I thought the service was wonderful. I will definitely stop by here again, the next time I’m in the area. UPDATE FROM 05/2023 I stopped for breakfast on a Wednesday at 8:30 am and there were only a few people in there. The server came right over, a very friendly and happy person, and took my order. I ordered the 2-2-2 plate, and it was two scrambled eggs, two strips of bacon and two biscuits with gravy, hashbrowns was also included. My breakfast came right out, and everything was very fresh and tasty. The only thing I didn’t care for was the gravy, it was not my type that I like. This is how everyone else likes it, I just happen to like Bob Evans the best, this was too pasty to me, but as I said, this is my issue. I have eaten here in the past and I will stop again when I am in town. It’s a great little diner that has very affordable food that tastes great."

"Lizzie’s is great. Breakfast and lunch options are both fantastic here. Our server Christa was very polite and professional, and we got to meet Lizzie! We also bought some pie, and they were phenomenal. Highly recommend!"
