"Nikki was the upmost disrespectful worker I’ve ever met!! She yells at her crew while they work she was very disrespectful that she kept giving me and my family the stink eye. Her Wendy’s was dirty and sticky. The lobby was a mess I stuck to the floor!! The bathrooms I wouldn’t even begin to get started about it over all I would either find a new gm who respects their workers or shut the whole store down and restaff the whole store and properly teach them how to work"

"I can't afford to take my grandkids to Wendy's alot food is good all employees I've dealt with have been courteous and helpful if I didn't live on a limited income raising 3 grandkids I'd probably eat there more often the only thing I don't like is the brand of pickles they use lol I'm a big pickle eater I even use the with fries instead of ketchup weird right anyway ramble over everyone needs to at least try Wendy's"

"Closed randomly on a Friday night at 5:30 with no thing posted and their lights all on so people kept waiting in their drive through. I tried pulling up to their window to suggest turning off their drive through lights so people would stop wasting time not realizing they had closed. There was an older lady that ignored me after seeing me at the window and a younger girl that saw me and just held her hands in an “X” to say they were closed. When I tried to signal to ask one of them to come to the window, the younger one just yelled “we’re closed” from 10 feet away through the closed window like I didn’t understand what was happening (I’m 39, so not quite senile yet). The teenager is one thing, but I’d expect a woman around my age to have the maturity to come to the window and have a quick conversation instead of trying to pretend I didn’t see her look at me and then look away. I don’t know what’s going on at this store, but there’s plenty other options and I have no need to go back here. I ended up going to the Wendy’s on Frederica and got dinner from them without any issues."

"Good food good prices staff was very professional and polite got our order in a timely manner its was fresh and was right restaurant was clean condiments was full as well as the napkins and lids and straws for the cups coke machine was clean counter tops were clean restrooms were surprisingly clean very pleased with the service and and the cleanliness with this particular Wendy's"
