"The sandwitch bread was stale and hard on the upper side,tough. The pickles needed to be drained of excess juice witch led to a very soggy sandwich. The quality of food preparation has gone down."

"Food was great. Customer service could use some improvement. I asked what kind of cookies they had in the oven? I was told that they are too hot to serve. I was dining in and know from working at subway before that it takes 10 minutes for the cookies to cool off. I also know that I didn't ask to purchase any cookies I simply asked what kind of cookies were in the oven."

"By far the worst subs we've ever had from Subway. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken and the bread basically blew up in my hands when I picked it up. It was extremely messy which caused the bread to basically disintegrate. Look at the spinach on the turkey sub. Absolutely disgusting. To say it was a waste of money is a understatement. We threw both subs in the trash. Better step up your game because Penn Station is crushing you locally."
