Torrid 1251 U.S. Highway 31 North, Greenwood, IN 46142

"(This happened the first or second week in September 2023) (I would give them a minus 100 if I could!) I was racially profiled at the Torrid store in the Greenwood, Indiana mall. Three employees standing around talking & laughing with each other about their personal lives and said nothing to me when I entered. I had been in the store looking around for about 20 minutes; still no acknowledgment of me while they continued to socialize with each other. By this point I'm curious whether I will ever be 'seen' by any of the 3, so I say nothing. I'm the only customer in the store, by the way! A white woman enters, and she is immediately greeted with a warm smile and big hello, welcomed by all 3. The big, blonde haired woman made a beeline towards her and asked if she could help her find something. I'm still standing there, invisible to them, I guess! I proceeded to walk out of the store, knowing I would never return. I am passing the 'word' regarding my encounter! My recommendation: If you are a person of color, shop elsewhere. You are not welcome or valued! They will never see a penny of my money!"

"Okay Service , store is always clean. My only serious problem Is I can’t always find what I like in my size. They barely carry Sizes 3’s or bigger bras in store. Also , Yes the prices are high but they always have sales. If you have torrid cash from previous purchases it’s not so bad. Especially when you’re able to add it on whatever is on sale too. If you know how to shop then you’re able to get mid end clothing that you can’t find in most plus size clothing stores , well then it’s a steal!!! "Had a few dollars left on a gift card I had gotten and went in to buy some earrings. Got these cuties. I'm not allergic to LEAD and NICKEL but their earrings DO have those two metals in them. Just a little note to those who are allergic. I had asked the Sales Associate and she said that they were made with Base metal. I looked it up and LEAD and NICKEL are a Base metal."
