"Von Maur seems to have a giant store but Greenwood men's section is sparse as if were closing and going out of business. There definitely were not options like other places. Yes, they have great brand selection but the diversity of options was low."

"My grandson needed to get something nice and dressy for his Homecoming Dance, so I took him to the mall and to Von Maur to see what we could find. Once in there I asked a lady where I could find slacks and dress shirts for my grandson. She showed us, then she went and got this nice young man who helped us further. He took measurements of my grandson to get the right size shirt, then he helped us pair up a nice tie to go with the shirt that would best match my grandson's girlfriend's dress color. I asked the nice young man to show my grandson how to tie the new tie, but he didn't know how either, so this other female employee did it, then she rang us out and even helped me to apply for a Von Maur credit card. All in all, all the employees were very good at their jobs, polite, and helpful. This was the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Thank you all!"

"Upscale department store, but when looking through the cosmetic counters for something specific, I could not find one clerk!! I went to the adjacent departments and still couldn't see any clerks. There were not very many customers, it was midday, midweek, and a week before Christmas, so I thought that was odd. I left the store without making a purchase since I couldn't find what I came for. The shoe department seemed to have more people and clerks, and a nice, big selection of shoes"

"This is a great store with excellent customer service. We were looking for new shoes for our 1 and 4 year old. The shoe department was busy but the employees were very helpful. Actually, the store manager helped measure and fit both of my kids for new shoes. We also purchased some new clothes for them (from the sale rack) and the associate there couldn't have been nicer. We had a very nice experience."
