"I always love shopping at Rue 21 anywhere I go! They always have super cute clothes. This store is bigger than the one I normally go to. It was clean and well stocked, too. The cashier who helped me out and rang me up was super helpful, too! Wish I got his name, though. I will definitely be going back to this store when I visit again!"

"I called into the store to see if they had a certain style of pants I was looking for and the man who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and went to tell me the types that they had based on what I was looking for. I let them know that I would be there soon and drove over. When I walked in I was greeted warmly and recognized the voice from the phone and he recognized me from the phone lol and was quick to help me find the pants we were talking about and set me up in a fitting room. They ended up not having the pants in a size that I needed but the sales associate who’s name I later asked before leaving (Troy) checked for me at other stores and found out who did have that size and was nice enough to ask me where I was coming from to help me pick the closer location that had them. He was super thoughtful and even at the register was showing me different fragrances!! I actually have too many in rotation at the moment lol but next time I empty one, I’ll be back in to get the black/pina colada mixture that he let me smell which was amazing, almost smelled edible!! Thanks Troy for your awesome customer service, it was greatly appreciated and a breath of fresh air!! The store was clean and stocked well and the other employees working were also helpful and friendly!"

"I love this store. I placed a order i received it but a sweater was missing I called and the girl blew me off. Nothing was resolved so very disappointed my shopping days there are DONE.."

"Loved my purchases. The mailer was misleading to my mother and me. We ended up going with the 30% off entire purchase option. Only to be told it was "online only" when the said mailer has online only on it at all. Don't worry when I get back to my mom's with the receipt I will be in to clarify/confirm the chaos. Friendly cashiers but wondering about knowledge on mailers OR what I'm missing myself. Thanks."

"I really like the style of clothing they have here. It looks like a great store. I rate between 2 and 3 stars and that is only because of the quality of clothing. Looks great until you wash it a couple times. It then starts to fall part. Very low quality."
