"If you want to take family photos at this location..DON’T. They are perpetually rude, annoyed, barely edit your photos, their time policies are backwards, and you pretty much get what you pay for. Cheap pics and cheap treatment. They aren’t even legit photographers. One worker Rachael is the worst. Her attitude is awful every time we come in. She has no inkling of what it is to photograph a newborn! No flexibility, no empathy, simply telling us to “reschedule” as if it’s just that easy. I will never return. I will now spend 3x the amount if it means I will get treated with dignity and respect."

"It's apparent that customer service is not a priority at this location. I seem to have had the same experience as most of the other reviews. The online hours are not accurate. There were several people trying to get in the door past 10:00 am however the store didn't open until 11:00 am. I, like another reviewer, had an issue with my item not ringing up. There was a big sale sign posted with the sale price but whatever the cashier found in their site was priced higher than the actual advertised price. When I mentioned that, she rudely mentioned that it depended on the size, which I double checked before making my selection. Another cashier, who seemed like she might have been a manager of sorts, was getting frustrated with a customer and getting loud enough that you could hear her in the department just across and over from the registers. We all get irritated at times dealing with people but it wasn't that deep of a situation to get loud for everyone to hear. Apparently that was just her personality because she was rude with someone else she was ringing out. I looked at some jewelry and to be "real" gold shouldn't have discoloration, at least in my personal opinion, but it did, which was disappointing as it was my primary reason for going. Needless to say, I won't be rushing back."

"Management update your store hours on the internet! Several people in parking lot waiting to get in and now leaving. Internet says you open at 10 am… sign on your door says 11 am! Big difference."
